Can I update my shipping address?
Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible – email: support@capfoam.com

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or there are unverified details in your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review shipping and billing information before checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages will be delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide whether it is safe to leave the package out in the open. If they feel it is unsafe, they will hold the package at the local post office or reschedule another delivery. Our best advice is to enter a shipping address (work address or a friend’s address) where you know you or someone else can receive the package.
When will my order be shipped?
Please note that total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.)
The processing time of an item is the time from receipt of the order to actual shipment.
After receiving your order, we will conduct strict quality control inspections and tests to ensure that the product quality meets your satisfaction before shipment. This may involve a detailed internal inspection: for example material quality, zippers, seams, trim and patterns, upholstery, lining, etc. Total processing time varies based on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or item. The larger the order volume, the longer it will naturally take.
If your order contains a very popular item but is experiencing inventory issues, the order may take a few business days to be processed and shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause you and thank you for your patience.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, which may take up to 48 hours to update. If you don’t see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1-2 business days, please double check your spam or promotions folder.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Free shipping on orders over $60 : 5-10 business days
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, nor can we change the shipping address after an order has been submitted.
Delivery times are estimates and capfoam.com does not guarantee delivery times in the event of natural forces or other uncontrollable events.
What if my package is lost?
